St John’s Hosts the Big Teen Read with Award-Winning Author Nathanael Lessore
St John’s was delighted to host the Big Teen Read as part of this year’s Marlborough Lit Fest. On Friday 19th September, Year 7 students from St John’s, Pewsey Vale, and John O’Gaunt enjoyed a special visit from award-winning author Nathanael Lessore.
Nathanael’s latest book, King of Nothing, recently won the 2025 Carnegie Shadowers’ Choice Medal for Writing. During his visit, Nathanael shared helpful writing tips, answered students’ questions, and signed copies of his latest books.
Thank you, Nathanael, for inspiring our students and encouraging their creative writing!
