Train to Teach with Excalibur@St John’s
We are proud to offer a PGCE programme in collaboration with Bath Spa University. This is a one-year non-salaried graduate training programme. Our students feel part of our school family and get the chance to learn on the job in at least two different schools in our cluster, working with experienced colleagues and putting new skills into practice from day one.
Our Secondary PGCE programme is available in the following academic subjects: Art & Design | Biology | Chemistry | Computing | Design & Technology | Drama | English | Geography | History | Mathematics | Modern Languages | Music | Physical Education | Physics | Religious Education
We also offer DfE-funded Summer Teaching Internships for undergraduates who are interested in finding out more about a teaching career.
