Aims: The aim of Sociology at Key Stages 5 is to ensure that students are aware of the various life chances of different social groups in the UK and beyond. Students are encouraged to synthesise this information and construct and present effective arguments, which are balanced. Students also have to analyse various theories, case studies and data.
