Welcome
Aims: The aim of Food Preparation and Nutrition is for all students to gain an understanding of the importance of nutrition and the part it plays in our diets and general health. We intend to equip all students with a range of food preparation skills to enable them to be independent and confident cooks. Students will develop an understanding of food science and the functional and chemical properties of ingredients and how they work in food preparation.
